• Return Policy

• Please be certain any item you are returning was purchased from Gooseneckhitchshop. We do not accept items purchased elsewhere.
  
  Before returning any purchase please contact Customer Service at mail@gooseneckhitchshop.com for return authorization. Include any order and or invoice number and date of purchase in your email. All items received without authorization will be refused.
  
  Requests for returns must be made within 10 business days of receiving your order.  All returns must be received at Gooseneckhitchshop no more than 10 days from date of return authorization to be eligible for a refund, excluding any and all shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns will be allowed more than 30 days after delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  
  Actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from refund totals for any item that included "Free Shipping".
  
  
  Returns must be packed in the original undamaged, unmarked retail packaging, not installed, in new undamaged condition and must include all accessories, hardware, manuals, documentation and registration that may have shipped with the product in order to be eligible for refund. We WILL deduct for replacement cost of any missing parts, paperwork or packaging. Please do NOT write RGA numbers or any other information on retail packaging. This will be considered as "damaged retail packaging".
  
  If merchandise was used, installed or damaged in any way, no refund will be given. Merchandise returned with damaged retail packaging will be subject to an additional 20% repackaging fee. Include the original order number on Return Form.
  
  Freight must be prepaid by customer on all returns. 
  
  Gooseneckhitchshop is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. Please be sure to arrange for appropriate insurance and electronic confirmation of delivery when possible and appropriate.
  
  Any order returned as "Refused Delivery" will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus actual outbound freight charges. NO EXCEPTIONS
  
  Refunds will be given for product only, not for labor and or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges.
